Led a two-year project to transform 12 supply rooms at Sunnybrook Hospital, focused on optimizing space and reducing costs. The initiative improved product flow, shortened procedure times, and significantly lowered expenses for the hospital.
First International Courier
Designed and implemented a floor plan for two large warehouses, installing multiple storage systems and optimizing pathing for efficiency and safety. The project separated receiving and shipping areas, created significant additional space, and reduced export times, all while completing the work ahead of schedule despite ongoing warehouse operations.
